Internet & Phone
You can choose to use our data & IP Talk phone connections which run on FTTC (fibre) broadband lines. Alternatively, you can choose to bring your own telecomms.

Electricity and other running costs
Electricity is charged monthly as a proportion of the total office.
Phone usage is also charge monthly.
Cleaning, heating, post collection/delivery, maintenance, alarm systems are all included in the quarterly service charge.

Alarm & Security
Each office is set to it's own individual alarm area; on signing out, the last member of any company need only scan their fob, and their specific office will be alarmed. When all office are alarmed, the entire office building will become alarmed automatically.
The fire alarm is tested weekly.
