Parking
Ample parking is provided for each office.
Kitchen
One main communal kitchen on the ground floor, shown on the building's floor plan. Some offices also have their own individual kitchens.
Internet & phone
Fibre (FTTC) broadband and VOIP phone connections are available, or bring your own telecoms if you prefer.
Electricity & running costs
Electricity is charged monthly as a proportion of the total office. Phone usage is also charged monthly. Cleaning, heating, post collection/delivery, maintenance and alarm systems are all included in the quarterly service charge.
Alarm & security
Each office has its own individual alarm area. On leaving, the last person from any company scans a fob and their specific office is alarmed. Once every office is alarmed, the whole building is alarmed automatically. The fire alarm is tested weekly.
Fresh air, close by
Access to fields and country footpaths for taking time out from work — a proper break from the desk, right outside the door.
